“Arrive Alive” Campaign – Basic Life Support & CPR Training The “Arrive Alive” campaign, a road safety awareness initiative of the Government of Telangana, highlighted the importance of timely emergency response and saving lives during the critical Golden Hour through Basic Life Support (BLS) skills and CPR training. As part of the initiative, Janatha Hrudayalaya Foundation and STAR Hospitals, in collaboration with the Telangana Chapter of the TCSI, conducted a BLS and CPR training program on 17 April 2026 at Begum Gardens, Shamshabad, Ranga Reddy District. The program focused on equipping participants with essential lifesaving skills and improving awareness about appropriate action during medical emergencies, particularly following road accidents. The event was attended by Shri D. Joel Davis, IPS, Joint Commissioner of Police (Traffic), Hyderabad, as Chief Guest, and Shri B. Rajesh, Deputy Commissioner of Police, Shamshabad Zone, Hyderabad City, as Guest of Honour. Police officers and public representatives also participated and shared insights on road safety and emergency response. Approximately 500 participants were trained as part of the program, contributing to the broader objective of strengthening community preparedness and promoting timely intervention during emergencies. Dr. Malreddy Hanumantha Reddy, Cardiologist, and Dr. M. Methini Reddy, Dermatologist, were associated with the initiative through Janatha Hrudayalaya Foundation.
